The Best Places to Work study is administered by the Great Places to Work InstituteTM. The study was conducted nationally and organisations were closely examined across two areas. Firstly, an employee-based survey was conducted where individual employees rank their employer based on five key behavioural areas; Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. The second component of the study was the organisational cultural audit where managers shared their philosophies and practices on employee welfare, including hiring, welcoming, inspiring and engaging employees, as well as efforts in recognising employees and celebrating organisational successes.
