DVDFab for Mac 8.1.8.8 Beta rolled out on June 30 Fengtao Software, on June 30, released this updated build of all-in-one software package for multimedia solutions, for Mac OS X. It came out with some considerable new features and very important fixes, greatly improved user experience to a newer level.On the new items list, a big leapfrog was confirmed that, in its Blu-ray Copy for Mac, DVDFab added support to backup Cinavia Blu-ray disc for home Blu-ray players which have no detection for Cinavia, aiming at building up an all-inclusive set of Cinavia solutions. Next to this one, from a pragmatic perspective, the developers added a new feature to insert subtitle information into dvdfab_internal.log when converting Blu-ray disc with Blu-ray Ripper for Mac software. On the fixed list, they successfully eliminated a 102 error when coping some special Blu-ray discs, a freeze problem when copying Blu-ray disc to BD50 with “Remove HD audio” enabled, another freeze problem when copying Blu-ray disc to BD9/BD5 with “Convert DTS audio to AC3” enabled, and a 1010 error when copying Blu-ray disc to Blu-ray SBS 3D in certain cases, all in Blu-ray Copy for Mac section. In Blu-ray Ripper for Mac sector, a freeze problem when converting Blu-ray to M2TS file was detected in certain cases and debugged accordingly. In Blu-ray Creator for Mac segment, also a freeze problem at the beginning of conversion was removed completely. General ways to avoid Task 1 Error=102
Task 1, Error=102 means that a reading problem appears during the copying process. The accessing process will much likely encounter this problem especially when the discs being copied are in very poor condition. Generally, in order to slim its occurring chances, there are two solutions.
1. Before copying, check the disc first to make sure it is dust or scratch free. It would be better to clean it, no matter how genuinely it looks on the surface. Also, don't forget to clean your drive as well - time spent on basic maintenance will save you much wear and tear during the following steps.
2. Click the tick green icon at the top right corner of the DVDFab main interface, open "Common Settings" panel, and then click on "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically"; or click on "Pathplayer", and disable it, then copy this DVD again.
